Laura first discovered Pilates when a small wellness studio opened up near her home in Melbourne. From her very first class, she was hooked, committing to weekly sessions. What began as a way to stay in shape soon evolved into a deep appreciation for the profound impact of movement on overall wellbeing, particularly in alleviating her chronic lower back pain.

This led her to explore the full depth of the Pilates method, including the vast world of studio apparatus and repertoire, ultimately inspiring her to complete a Diploma of Pilates Instruction through the APMA. Since then Laura has worked in renowned studios specialising in functional fitness, rehabilitation and pre/post natal clientele.

Pilates opened the door for an all encompassing passion for holistic wellness. Highlighting the necessity of treating the body as a whole and that everything is related, Laura became intrigued with the power of food as medicine which led to studying a Masters in Nutrition followed by studies in Functional Nutrition.

Her journey naturally expanded into other areas of natural health and beauty with her more recently gaining qualifications in Face Sculpting and Buccal Massage. With a background in remedial massage, Laura trained in Face Sculpting on the Sunshine Coast before refining her skills in London with the Face Modelling Artistry. This advanced training deepened her expertise in Eastern European techniques, lymphatic drainage and face remodelling, including facial cupping and taping.

Laura's approach is minimalistic, intuitive, and deeply rooted in respect for nature and the human body. She focuses on alignment - inside and out- helping clients feel and function at their best.
